Purpose of the material

The pages describe the Phi-Lattice platform, recorded demonstrations and potential design-partner engagements. A recorded example is not a promise of identical performance on another model, dataset or workflow.

Early access and commercial engagement

An inquiry starts a fit conversation. It does not create an account, grant a software license, reserve delivery capacity or commit either party to an evaluation. Scope, fees, milestones, responsibilities, data/IP rights and acceptance criteria are agreed separately before work begins.

Assessment and customer policy

An assessment describes a state, not an action. A customer policy decision and its execution are separate. Execution remains with the customer's systems today. Deployment authority, operating mode, permitted actions and safeguards are defined for the actual engagement. Website material is not legal, clinical or regulatory advice.

Intellectual property and disclosure

Viewing public material does not grant access to proprietary source, calibration assets or restricted evidence. Rights to any software, data or jointly produced work are governed by the applicable written agreements and third-party licenses. Patent-application status is not a guarantee of a granted claim or product efficacy.

Investor inquiries

The company information is introductory. It is not a financing commitment, valuation statement or assurance of investment returns. Detailed investment discussions and any transaction documents are handled separately.
