What we collect and why

• Information you provide. This includes your name, email, organization, role and message when you make an inquiry, and your name, email and comment when you comment or subscribe. We use it to respond, to assess a potential engagement, to publish your comment and to send the updates you request. Fields marked as required are needed to process your request.
• Technical information. This includes IP address, browser and device details, approximate country and page activity. We use it to operate and secure the site and to prevent abuse.
• Analytics. Analytics runs only if you accept it.

For EU/UK purposes, our legal bases are:

• our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website,
• your consent for analytics and subscriptions,
• steps you request before a contract,
• compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Your comment and your name as you enter it are published; your email address is not. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through this site.

Cookies and third-party content

Optional analytics, provided by Google, stays off until you accept it. You can accept, reject or withdraw your choice at any time under Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting it does not affect your use of the site. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days.

If you tick "Remember me" when commenting, a cookie stores your details on your browser for up to 90 days.

Videos load from YouTube only when you press play. YouTube and Google then handle data under Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Use Cookie preferences instead.

Sharing and location

We share information only with:

• service providers that host the site, deliver email, support internal team communication, provide analytics or secure the site, acting on our instructions;
• our professional advisers;
• authorities, where required by law;
• a successor, if our business is transferred.

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information while we handle your inquiry or have a business relationship with you. We keep subscription information until you unsubscribe, and comments while they are published. After that, we keep only what we need for legal obligations, disputes or security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your information, or ask us to restrict its use. You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew.

To make a request, email info@quantumverse.ai. We may need to verify your identity. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK, that is the ICO.

Children and changes

This site is for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
